We spend about one hour with the seller and review the property from curbside throughout the home and then back outside to the property line taking note of everything that a potential buyer will likely notice. This report gives the owner a list of all repairs, changes or other things that need to be done to the property so it shows well. A written report is then provided to the property owner and the Realtor. Assistance to complete any or all of the items listed on the report can be provided by our company to help you to get your home in amazing condition.
